How this table is checked, and who built it
Every cell comes from the app maker's own public site, quoted briefly, with the page linked and the date it was read; Vetinuity built this site and appears in the table as one row, marked as the publisher.
Disclosure
This site is built and maintained by Vetinuity, which makes a veterinary clinical assistant. Vetinuity appears in the table as one row, highlighted and labeled as the publisher. Links to Vetinuity are marked as sponsored. Links to other makers are plain references to their own websites, and no maker pays to appear or to be left out.
What counts as documented
A cell is marked Documented only when the maker's own public website, help center or product announcement describes the capability in words. We copy a short phrase from that page into the cell and link the page in the Source column. Download-marketplace listings, third-party reviews, social posts, screenshots without text, and anything visible only after logging in are not used, because a reader cannot open them and check the wording.
Not documented is the label for every capability we looked for on a maker's website and could not find described there on that day. This is a statement about the public record. It does not claim the feature is absent from the product.
Which apps are listed
The table lists veterinary apps whose makers publicly describe at least one clinical capability beyond writing the note: differentials, diagnostic suggestions, drug references or dosing, lab-result reading, or live translation. The publisher row comes first; the rest are alphabetical. Rows are never ranked or scored, and prices are not shown.
Dates and corrections
Each row shows the date its cells were last read. When a maker updates its website, the affected cells and the date change together. Makers who believe a cell is out of date can point us to the public page that describes the capability, and the cell will be rechecked against that page.
About Vetinuity's own row
Vetinuity's cells describe its own product in full sentences rather than quotes, since we are the maker. The claims are the same ones stated on the Vetinuity website. Vetinuity offers a 14-day free trial, and live translation in the exam room covers 80+ languages.
